Maytag American fridge-freezers are impressive on the outside, but it's the interior where they really shine. Inside the fridge section: four glass shelves, a dairy compartment, an egg tray, three in-door balconies, two full-width crisper drawers and an in-door crisper. The freezer holds four shelves, two generous drawers and four rollers — both compartments fast-chill and fast-freeze.

The design means chilled and frozen food stays safe for up to five hours during a power cut or technical fault — but only if you act quickly. Maytag's two-year manufacturer warranty is generous for the price, but even the best fridges develop faults eventually. When yours does, we can almost always be with you the same day.

Maytag themselves recommend an annual service — ideal for catching minor issues before they become expensive faults, especially around door seals, refrigerant pressure, drainage and electronic controls.
